01What counts as a word?
Every word Oulha types for you counts once, in Arabic or English. A snippet counts as the words it inserts.
02What happens when I reach the limit?
Nothing you said is lost: the dictation in progress is typed in full. After that, dictation pauses until your words reset on Monday, or you can upgrade.

03Which dialects does it understand?
Egyptian and Gulf Arabic, plus Modern Standard Arabic and English, mixed freely. More dialects are coming.
04Is my voice stored?
No. Your voice and messages are never stored. Only your settings, Dictionary and snippets are saved, so they sync.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Settings → Account → Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
